Lagoon Views is a new complex of several residential buildings in the popular DAMAC Lagoons community. In the first phase, six buildings were presented. The developer of the project is DAMAC Properties, who is one of the leading companies in the UAE. The estimated date of completion for the Lagoon Views project is Q2 2027.

In April 2024, DAMAC Properties presents the second stage of development. You can choose from a residence among 600 luxury 1–2 bedroom properties located in 9 buildings.
