The Sanctuary is the first master community of the award-winning boutique developer, Ellington Properties. It will be located in District 11, Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The project is planned to be completed in Q2 2026.

The Waterside, launched in Q1 2023, is the first cluster in The Sanctuary that will come with a limited collection of exquisite 4–6 bedroom villas. The plot areas of each unit will range from 8,288 sq. ft to 14,383 sq. ft.
